Charge HQ can manage charging by sending commands to either a smart charger or a Tesla vehicle. This page lists the smart charger models which have been tested with Charge HQ. We are endeavouring to support as many smart chargers as possible and will continue to add more over time.
If you have a Tesla vehicle then it doesn't matter which kind of charger you have - Charge HQ can control the charging via the vehicle. It will work with the Tesla UMC (mobile connector), HPWC (wall connector) or any other brand of charger.
Please use the feature request page to express support for additional wall chargers.
If you're trying to choose a wall charger to use with Charge HQ you may find our integration maturity guide and EV charger buying guide helpful.
If you own a Tesla vehicle it doesn't matter which kind of charger you have - Charge HQ can control the charging via the vehicle rather than the charger. It will work with the Tesla UMC (mobile connector), HPWC (wall connector) or any other brand of charger.
We are currently working towards supporting the following wall chargers. Please see our development roadmap for more details on prioritisation and timing
If you have one of the models listed above and interested in being involved as a beta tester please contact us.
Please see our home EV charger listing for other chargers which we're aware of and will consider adding support for in future.
Please complete a new equipment support request if there's a charger we've missed or to express your vote for support one that is already on the list.
As a general guide if the wall charger does not support OCPP it will most likely not be in the unsupported group.
The following chargers are not supported, and support is not expected to be offered for them.
If you'd like to confirm the status of support for a wall charger, feel free to contact us.
