Explanation of terms
- Price Ranges: Are based on publicly available pricing at the time of publication. As a rough guide, Low is less than $1,000, Medium is $1,000 to $2,000 and High is greater than $2,000.
- Solar tracking: indicates the chargers native ability to monitor excess rooftop solar PV generation and adjust charge rate to match it. This is generally achieved through the use of a CT clamp to locally monitor solar generation. NOTE: Charge HQ can enable solar tracking on chargers which include OCPP support.
- Charge HQ support:
- Supported: works now
- Planned: we intend to add support for it soon
- Pending Review: it may be possible to support but we have no firm plans
- Not possible: we cannot develop support for this charger, usually due to lack of support for OCPP.
- Not possible*: whilst we can't control the charger directly, we can control charging via direct integration with Tesla vehicles.
