Tesla account connections for EU users are failing

This issue has been resolved. If you had disconnected your Tesla account you can now reconnect it.
ORIGINAL MESSAGE
Tesla account connections for many EU users have started failing today.
If impacted, Charge HQ will show an error on the home screen.
Unfortunately, it appears that reconnecting is also failing, both for existing and new users.
We have reported the issue to Tesla.
What can I do?
For now, please wait until the issue is fixed by Tesla. If you disconnect your Tesla account then it may not be possible to reconnect until the issue has been fixed.
All impacted users will be emailed when the issue has been resolved.
Until then, please control charging manually using the Tesla app, as Charge HQ can not communicate with your vehicle.
EU users only
This issue is impacting users whose Tesla accounts are in the EU region as defined by Tesla. Accounts in the rest of the world are not impacted.
