Solis Inverter Setup

This page contains instructions for configuring
chargers with Charge HQ
Please refer to our
charger listing for details on supported models and charger specifications.


Before starting configuration - please check your device compatibility and supported configurations.

Use The Webapp

This setup process must be done using the Charge HQ webapp [app.chargehq.net]. The mobile app can not be used to setup the connection yet, as it has not been updated to show the Solis option.

Once the setup has been done you can use the mobile app as normal.

Step 1 - Grant access

  • From the home screen, click on the row showing the plant for your site as outlined in red above
  • Go to the home page for your site, and click Modify Information at the top right
  • At the bottom of the "Basic information" tab, click Search next to the Organization Code field
  • Search for the code DF9997, it should find the Charge HQ organisation
  • Submit the change.
  • Ensure that the Organization Code field now contains the value DF9997. This allows Charge HQ to obtain your Solis inverter data.
  • Some users may need to contact Solis to change the Organization Code.

Step 2 - Obtain Plant ID

  • From the home screen, click on the row showing the plant for your site as outlined in red above

  • On the Plant page, find your Plant ID near the top left of the screen. In this example it is 1234AB
  • Copy this value to your clipboard.

Step 3 - Configure Charge HQ

In the Charge HQ app, enter your Plant ID.

Click Connect.

The home screen should now display data from your Solis inverter(s).


Error: Plant ID invalid or not found

This error is caused by either:

  • Your plant is not accessible by Charge HQ. To fix, repeat Step 1 above and ensure the Organisation Code value is correct.
  • The Plant ID is not correct. Repeat Step 2 above.
