If your Charge HQ account was connected to AlphaESS prior to November 2023, you should follow this guide to get it working again.
You must use the webapp [https://app.chargehq.net] to reconnect to AlphaESS. The current version of the mobile app does not support creating the connection.
Once the reconnection is done you can use the mobile app like normal.
If you have already disconnected from AlphaESS you need to setup a new connection, per the AlphaESS Setup Guide.

Open the Charge HQ webapp
Click on the AlphaESS error message, or go to My Equipment from the menu, then select Solar / Battery Equipment.
Obtain the following information from the label on your inverter:
Enter the Check Code and press Send Verification Code.
Check the email account that is associated with your Alpha Cloud account. You should have received an email containing a Verification Code. It can take a few minutes for this email to arrive.
Enter the Verification Code into the Charge HQ app and press Connect.
Your AlphaESS battery should now be configured, providing Charge HQ with visibility of your solar production, battery usage and solar exports.
