Growatt data has stopped updating for some users
Some users with Growatt connections are seeing a persistent error and the data is not updating. The problem started 22nd June and is ongoing. We are working with Growatt to resolve the issue.
RESOLVED 11th July. The issue was caused by major changes to Growatt's server configuration, which we were not aware was happening. It impacted users located outside Australia and New Zealand. Apologies for the extended outage and thanks for your patience.
