Goodwe connection has been restored as of 12:25 AEST. We are hopeful that this issue is now fully resolved.

The Charge HQ connection to Goodwe is offline again as of 10am, 21/09/23 AEST. We understand the cause and are working with the vendor to restore the service.

The Charge HQ connection to Goodwe has been restored. All services should be working correctly.

Our connection to the Goodwe API that we use for obtaining solar production data has been disrupted. We are in contact with Goodwe and have been advised that it is expected to take 1-2 days to resolve.
