The Charge Limit setting is currently only available for Tesla Vehicles. It is not available for all other vehicle makes that use a smart charger to communicate with Charge HQ.
The Charge Limit setting currently relies on a direct integration with the vehicle to discover the charge limit via an API. This type of integration is currently only available with Tesla vehicles.
At the time of writing, there are no smart wall chargers which can determine the state of charge (e.g. what percentage full the EV battery is) automatically.
In future, if both the wall charger and the EV support a new communication standard called Plug & Charge (ISO 15118) the Charge Limit setting is expected to become available.
