Charge HQ maintains a connection to your Tesla account by storing a secure token. This token can become invalid for various reasons, the most common one being if you change your password on tesla.com.
When the token becomes invalid you will see the error "Tesla Connection Invalid".
To fix it, you need to reconnect to your Tesla account in Charge. Tapping on the error will guide you through reconnecting your Tesla account.
