Step 1 - Obtain Token ID
- Click the button to create a Token ID
- A Token ID looks like "20202627282612826282"
- Click the Token ID to copy it to the clipboard.
- Paste the Token ID into the Charge HQ app.
Step 2 - Obtain Inverter Rego Numbers
- In solaxcloud.com, go to Device -> Inverter.
- For each inverter, copy the Registration No. into Charge HQ.
Step 3 - Submit
Your completed connection form in Charge HQ should look like this:
- Ensure that the Solax Time Zone matches the time zone used for your site in solaxcloud.com.
- Click Connect
The home screen should now display data from your Solax inverter(s).
