If you have multiple Tesla vehicles, Charge HQ uses the vehicle name that is set on the vehicle. If you have not set a custom vehicle name Charge HQ will default each label to "Tesla".
To set unique names, on the vehicle display: Touch Controls > Software > Name Your Vehicle located on the right side of the touchscreen below the image of the vehicle. If your vehicle already has a name, touch the existing name to change it.
