Some smart chargers provide a smart phone app for interacting with the charger.
If the charger is connected to Charge HQ via OCPP, only the Charge HQ app should be used for controlling charging. Using the vendor app to start / stop charging will result in unexpected behaviour.
In some cases the vendors app will be disabled when the charger is connected to Charge HQ, in others you may still be able to access features such as reporting.
