How do I delete my Charge HQ account?

If you wish to temporarily stop using Charge HQ, see this guide.

If you wish to permanently stop using Charge HQ, please:

• Log in to the app
• Go to settings -> My Equipment
• For any equipment you have configured, select the equipment, then click the delete button. This should include any Chargers, EVs, Solar Inverters and Batteries.
• Go to Settings -> Charging Settings, use the toggle to disable charging control.
• You can now delete the App from your phone.

Alternately, you can email us and we will disable your account for you.
